How to use  : To tear the envelope by pulling out the sidebar. Then pull the glue strip of the 2 milk absorbing sheets. Attach the milk absorbing sheet by using the adhesive tape attached to the bras for good hygiene. Should change the milk sheet every 3-4 hours
