DELIVERY, SHIPPING, CANCELLATION
AND REFUND POLICY
This document sets out the delivery, shipping, cancellation, and refund
policy that applies to customers that makes a purchase at our website. By

& DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery
costs are included in our pricing and is collected with the purchase online. We
do not provide Cash On Delivery (COD) service.

endeavour to dispatch as per customer’s preferred timeslot as ordered. We
operate seven days
a
week, during standard our business hours, except on national holidays. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure delivery delays will be kept to a minimum.
2.2 Change Of Delivery Address

change of delivery address or delivery location, we can accommodate the change at

4. CHANGES
TO HEALTHCARE VISITS
4.1 Reschedule or change the address of a
service is only permitted if the reschedule or change of address takes place 24
hours or more before the visit start time
4. 2 We may, at our discretion, waive any change
fees under extenuating circumstances.
5. VISIT
CANCELLATION
5.1 When
you cancel a service:
(a) if the cancellation takes place 24
hours or more before the visit start time, the visit cancellation fee is 15% of
the service fee.
(b) if the cancellation takes place less
than 24 hours of the visit start time, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total visit
service fees.
6 REFUNDS
6.1 Refunds
will be processed within 90 days of the date of request.
