Invitae Genetic Cancer Screen + Teleconsultation with Genetic Counselor Description
Screening for cancer risk analyzes more than 60 genes associated with hereditary cancers, which, if detected early, may have effective treatment and prevention.
Diseases tested include breast cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, colorectal cancer, skin cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cell carcinoma, and thyroid cancer.
In addition, all genes included in cancer screening are included in the Invitae Genetic Health Screen, which includes genes of cardiovascular disease and cancer.
