Managing diabetes if you are elderly or alone can sometimes be overwhelming. Our new Home Service brings our Registered Nurses to your home to partner with you to manage your diabetes.
Our new Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Home Service takes away the need for constant blood glucose tests. Let the CGM do the work and view your trends in the App or Online Portal. The new Glunovo CGM Sensor monitors your blood glucose levels every 3-minutes working 24/7 and is fitted by our Nurses in your home and calibrated with your own Phone/Tablet through an Application that allows you to view your blood glucose readings as often as you need to manage your diabetes. Reports are also provided for you to share with your Doctor.
The Glunovo CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) System is a small device you wear on your side that enables monitoring of your Blood Glucose levels continuously, capturing trends in your BG levels and alerts you to highs and lows, giving you peace of mind all day and night long.The Glunovo i3 CGM Sensor lasts 14 days with a soft flexible sensor probe, Slim Transmitter & Sensor (7mm thickness). The One-Click Applicator has 14 Days Sensor Life and 3 years Usage Life of the Transmitter.
After the first visit, the Nurse returns every 14 days to replace the Sensor and provide a basic health check. Our Nurses partner with you to support your management of diabetes.
